This keynote address will be a conversation between our presenter, Susan Harf and Lynn Wozniak, RRHIMA President. Discussion will include why it’s easy to get frustrated while trying to communicate with people who are not like you. You will learn specific tips you can use to get your point across and get what you need. Participants will be encouraged to ask questions and contribute to the conversation, if they choose.
This presentation discusses how you can ignite your future by improving your ability to adapt in the fast-changing environment of healthcare.

- Epic Secure Chat: Direct line to provider while in Epic. Quicker response time without flooding email.
- Meet regularly with coding to build relationships, brainstorm ways to gain efficiencies in workflow between CDI and Coding
- Worked with CDI software vendor to optimize workflows between CDI and Coding
- Highlighted mismatches between CDI and Coding
- Extended login time to prevent multiple logins
