We will review patient health information legislative and regulatory changes and proposals at the state and federal level.  What they are and what they mean to operations. This review will include a look at the current and future plans of TEFCA, NYeC and the regional HIEs. We will also dive into the operational and privacy considerations brought about by the regulatory updates and increased interoperability. We'll look at the big picture of how integration improvements will change the healthcare marketplace, patient record access and privacy.
