Susan Harf is a trained Psychotherapist and Life Coach. Utilizing strong communication skills, listening techniques and years of experience working with people, Susan has dedicated her life to teaching clients how to make the changes necessary to lead happier and more fulfilling lives. As a respected life coach, relationship expert, community partnerships director, organizational consultant and author, her advice has given insight to thousands.

Susan began her broadcasting career in radio, hosting Real Life with Susan Harf, a live, weekly call-in show on WXXI, the NPR affiliate in Rochester, NY. For 10 years, she interviewed experts and “real life guests” dealing with issues and problems they faced at home and at work.

She later produced live segments and news stories on 13WHAM, the ABC television affiliate in Rochester, as Channel 13’s Life Strategist, for 10 years.

Currently she is featured on Real Life with Susan Harf, a weekly television show on Monday’s at 7:30pm, on Blue Ridge PBS, in Roanoke, VA. Susan speaks on a wide variety of topics related to communicating in relationships, personally and professionally. Examples include “It’s not me, it’s YOU!”; “Should I give my adult children advice?” and “I don’t like my boss”.
