2018-19 NYHIMA Student Membership

Please read, then proceed to the membership application.

To be eligible for the student membership a student cannot hold an AHIMA credential and must be currently enrolled in a formal certificate or degree granting program directly relevant to AHIMA’s purpose, including, but not limited to, CAHIIM accredited or PCAP/ACCP approved coding programs. A student may retain this type of membership until graduation from that program, or for a maximum of four years, or until registering for an AHIMA certification examination. 

NYHIMA offers complimentary student membership: (July 1-June 30)

If you are renewing your membership or have registered for a NYHIMA event before as an Active AHIMA member then your email will be recognized and a password has already been established.  Please use the "existing users" log in option.

If you are new user who is not a member of NYHIMA or have not registered for a NYHIMA event in the past, please use the "new users" log in option.

Existing Users
NYHIMA Dues Paying Members should log in to their membership profile to renew their membership to ensure special membership benefits throughout the year. Existing Users will need to sign in by using their email address and will only have access to non-member rates.
