  • Synopsis of your presentation

Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) programs have matured across many healthcare systems, yet one persistent challenge remains: meaningful physician engagement. This session explores why traditional approaches—focused on queries, education, and compliance—often fall short, and reframes physician engagement as a relationship, workflow, and change management challenge rather than a documentation issue alone.
